Divorce / Dissolution

Individuals facing divorce should not do so alone.  Being compromised by emotion and hurt feelings at such a critical time involving valuable legal and economic rights necessitates having qualified legal counsel by your side.  With Boston Experience and Suburban Sensibility, David combines his 15 years of sophisticated trial work for Boston boutique firms with real world practicality.

Probate / Equity

Contested guardianships of children or incapacitated adults, will contests, probate fiduciary removal, trust disputes – all need qualified legal help to work through the archaic world of probate.  The Massachusetts Probate Court has relied upon David to serve as a court-appointed successor fiduciary in countless probate matters over the past 15 years.  Contact David to see how he may be able to assist your family.

Mediation Eppley Law

Couples facing divorce that wish to settle their cases outside of Court together may do so through David’s assistance as a mediator. In this role, David does not take either party’s side.  Instead, he works with both parties to come up with a workable resolution. He can then draw up the necessary paperwork for the parties to present their agreement to the Court.  Mediation is not for everyone or for every case, but it could be for you.
